  3. Deposits: The web agency may require a deposit from clients before work can begin. The deposit amount will be agreed upon in writing between the web agency and the client.
  4. Intellectual Property: The web agency retains all rights to any intellectual property created during the course of providing services to clients. Clients may not use any intellectual property for any other purposes without the written consent of the web agency.
  5. Confidentiality: The web agency agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any confidential information to any third parties without the client’s written consent.
  6. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. Clients will be responsible for paying for all services provided up to the date of termination.
  7. Liability: The web agency will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use the website or any other services provided by the web agency. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless the web agency from any claims or damages arising from the use of their website.
  8. Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from this agreement will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the web agency is located.
  9. Changes to Terms and Conditions: The web agency reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions.
  10. Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the web agency and the client and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or communications, whether written or oral.
